The U.S. Navy invites you to participate in the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process for the Hawaii-Southern California Training and Testing Environmental Impact Statement/Overseas Environmental Impact Statement (EIS/OEIS).

The Draft EIS/OEIS is under Development

The scoping period ended on January 12, 2016. All comments received during this scoping period will be considered in the Draft EIS/OEIS, due to be completed in Spring 2017.
