This futher replies to your recent letter regarding our settlement denying your claim for hazardous duty pay. As stated in my previous letter, your claim was consolidated with an identical claim from Mr. [xxx]. In a settlement dated May 21, 1997, copy

enclosed, we have affirmed the initial settlement denying Mr. [xxx]'s claim. You may consider the enclosed letter as dispositive of your appeal as well. We are also returning your correspondence.
