Emerging Infectious Diseases will now consider for publication manuscripts that have been posted on reputable, not-for-profit preprint servers. See the revised policy statement.

The journal requests all submitting and corresponding authors (may be the same person) enter their ORCiD persistent digital identifiers in ScholarOne as part of the submission process.
