Use the menu below to select and download data used in Medicare drug and health plans, including Medigap, Medicare Plan Finder, Medicare Prescription Drug Plans and Medicare Advantage Plans.
Downloadable databases are available as zipped Microsoft Access databases and also in CSV (comma separated values) format for some databases.
Opening CSV files in Excel will remove leading zeros from data fields. Since some data contain leading zeros it's recommended that you open CSV files using text editor programs to copy or view CSV file content.
These databases are updated on a monthly basis (and sometimes more frequently).
Software Requirements
To use this download file, you need the following:
- File Archiver software that allows extraction from ZIP archives. For example WinZip and 7Zip.
