Vetted resources to address rural health concerns and related issues.

Patient Assistance Program Center.

Provides a comprehensive database of patient assistance programs offered by pharmaceutical companies, as well as tools, news, and articles for health care professionals and patients. Search for assistance by medication or brand. 

DHHS. NIH. National Institute on Aging.

"Online, searchable database lists more than 250 national organizations that provide help to older people."

Association of State and Territorial Dental Directors. 

State-by-state links to government oral health programs. 

DHHS. The Office of Minority Health.

Provides lists of local health care providers for access to health care. Includes health centers, eyecare, mental health, eldercare and cancer programs.

DHHS. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) "Learn the Signs. Act Early." campaign offers free materials and resources including fact sheets, milestone checklists, growth charts, and flyers to educate parents about developmental milestones and warning signs of developmental delays.
