Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on Consumer Credit in Iowa and Role That Banks Can Play
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago are sponsoring a webinar on January 13, 2021. The webinar will highlight the current state of consumer credit in Iowa. Specifically, experts will discuss the negative affect that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on credit in Iowa and the credit challenges for individuals and families in Iowa. This webinar will present best practices for collaboration among banks, government organizations, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders to stabilize and support credit for low- and moderate-income families.
