Simply find the course you want to take in our Schedule at a Glance and select Register. Pay with your Government Purchase Card for the fastest way to reserve your place. You will receive confirmation of your paid registration within 3-5 business days.
Or use the registration forms and SF-182s (except for Leadership for a Democratic Society). Fax the forms to 478-757-3057. Or mail the forms to:

To register for the Leadership for a Democratic Society program, arrange your attendance through your agency training offices. The Federal Executive Institute (FEI) terminates acceptance of nominations to FEI or substitutions four weeks prior to each session. The Institute does not refund charges if agencies must cancel attendance. Contact the registration office at FEIRegistrar@opm.gov or 434-980-6232 for more information.
What you need to know before registering
- Registrations are final and non-refundable.
- A request for substitution of a participant may be made up to two weeks prior to the beginning of a course and will be approved if pre-course work can be completed.
- For assessment courses, such as our Leadership Assessment Program, we require a minimum of four weeks lead-time.
- Requests for transfers to another course may be approved up to four weeks before the start of the program if space is available in the new course and assuming pre-course work can be completed on time and the registrar can resell the space in the current course.
We strive to maintain fair and reasonable tuition fees for all our programs. However, because our programs receive no appropriated funds, fees for some courses are subject to change.

Recommended courses
For team development, register for Team Building and Team Leadership: Blended Format, for project and team leads.
For collaborative leadership, register for Working with Others, for individual leaders.
For supervisory development, register for Fundamentals and Supervisory Development II: Learning to Lead, for new supervisors.
For management development, register for Leading from the Middle, for new managers or Leading Organizations, for mid-level and experienced managers.
For executive development, register for Leading Change or Leadership for a Democratic Society, for senior leaders and SES candidates.
