The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the official workplace giving campaign of the federal government allowing federal employees and retirees to pledge monetary support and volunteer time to approved charities. Thanks to the generosity of federal employees and retirees, the CFC is one of the largest and most successful fundraising campaigns in the world raising more than $8.4 billion since its inception in 1961. This year's campaign runs from Sept. 21 to Jan. 15, 2021. Read this year's 2020 CFC Honorary Chairperson letter to the Federal community, the memorandum from OPM to Federal Department and Agency heads, Joint Chiefs of Staff thank you letters to service members and campaign representatives, and the Secretary of Defense letter to all uniformed service members and DOD employees.
