What is Quality Care?

“Quality care” has many definitions, but at VA it means:

• The right type of care for your health condition
• Care that results in the best possible outcome for you
• Care delivered with attention to your concerns, needs, and life goals
• Care that keeps you safe from hazards and harm

VA strives to provide the highest quality care possible every day. This site will tell you how we’re doing! For more details about what this site has to offer, please visit our About Quality of Care page.
