MWOB works closely with other government agencies and business development associations that have a minority trade focus to help spread the word about EXIM financing and create opportunities for export-ready U.S. businesses.
MWOB and collaboration participants come together to:
- Co-host events which include speakers from the U.S. Commercial Service and the Small Business Administration (SBA)
- Facilitate webinars and on-site training sessions pertaining to international trade, trade finance, global competitiveness and U.S. exports for minority and women-owned businesses
- Develop web content, to include success story blogs and case studies
- Promote events through EXIM.gov, social media campaigns, flyers and other marketing initiatives
- Identify MWOB-specific speakers, panelists and exhibition opportunities

Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) is an agency of the U.S. Department of Commerce that helps to create and sustain U.S. jobs by promoting the growth and global competitiveness of businesses owned and operated by minority entrepreneurs.
National Association Women Business Owners (NAWBO) propels women entrepreneurs into economic, social and political spheres of power worldwide by promoting economic development within the entrepreneurial community.
National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) advances business opportunities for certified minority business enterprises and connects them to corporate members.
US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce (USPAACC) trains, develops and advocates for equal opportunities for Asian American businesses, professionals, and business organizations in the corporate and government procurement markets.
US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) actively promotes the economic growth and development of Hispanic entrepreneurs and represents the interests of millions of Hispanic-owned businesses across the United States.
Women Business Enterprise Development Council (WBENC) is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned, controlled, and operated by women in the U.S. WBENC, a national 501(c)(3) non-profit, partners with 14 Regional Partner Organizations to provide its national standard of certification to women-owned businesses throughout the country.
