Joseph D. Burruss is the Director of the Finance and Performance Budgeting Division for the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). In this capacity, Mr. Burruss is responsible for budget preparation and execution, accounting and financial reporting activities within the bureau.

Mr. Burruss joined TTB in March 2003, and brings to this position extensive senior executive financial and management experience. Mr. Burruss is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland, and received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Baltimore.
