GSALodging®

GSA partners with the lodging industry to provide federal travelers with Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) compliant accommodations within per diem rates for select high-volume travel destinations in and outside of the Continental United States.

GSALodging® includes the following offerings:

Short Term (less than 29 days)

FedRooms® provides federal travelers on official business with hotel rooms for transient and extended stays (up to 29 days) that meet Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) requirements.

FedRooms® rates are available through all of the government's preferred booking channels: CGE, E2 Solutions, and the Defense Travel System. When an online booking tool isn't an option, FedRooms XVU rates can also be booked through agency TMC's or CTO's.

Meeting Space

Long Term (30 days or more)

Long Term Lodging, under the Transportation, Delivery and Relocation Solutions Schedule 48 is designed for lodging needs of 30 days or more. This program provides accommodations for temporary, permanent employee relocation, or extended training. Properties include apartments buildings and condominiums that are furnished with the amenities and comforts of home.

Emergency Lodging Services

Emergency Lodging Services (ELS) provides temporary or emergency lodging accommodations in support of emergencies and/or disasters. The service has recently been expanded to meet lodging needs for National Security Special Events like the Superbowl and the Papal visit. The ELS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) offers accommodations, housing, and ancillary services for federal agencies, state and local governments, and first responders. The BPA may be utilized for relief/emergency support personnel, displaced emergency/disaster victims, and Continuity of Operations (COOP) events.

Strategic Meetings Management 

Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) applies a disciplined, enterprise-wide approach to manage the process of meeting management (i.e. meeting approval, registration database, event calendar, sourcing/contracting, event management, payment reconciliation, reporting and closeout, suppliers and data for events), while delivering value by documenting savings, mitigating risk, and improving meeting experiences.
