If you are seeking a copy of your military records, you can request those records from the National Personnel Records Center.
If you are seeking information about VA benefits (claims, pensions, disability rating, guaranteed home loan, etc., ) you should contact the Veterans Benefits Administration
If you are seeking information about VA healthcare, or your personal VA medical records, please direct your request to the Veterans Health Administration.
If you are seeking information about VA’s memorial affairs, you should direct your request to the Veterans Cemetery Administration.
If you are unclear what VA office maintains the records you are seeking, your request should be submitted to the Department of Veterans Affairs FOIA officer who will direct your request to the appropriate office(s);
