Vaccination is a critical step in protecting those that are most vulnerable to illness - infants and young children, the elderly, and those with chronic conditions and weakened systems.

Vaccine Finder is a free, online service where users can search for locations that offer vaccinations. We work with partners such as clinics, pharmacies, and health departments to provide accurate and up-to-date information about vaccination services.

Are you a vaccine provider? Register to display your vaccination services.
If you would like to list a pharmacy, clinic, health department or other vaccine provider, you will first need to register for an account. After your account is approved, you will receive instructions on how to submit information about your vaccination services. There is no fee to participate in HealthMap Vaccine Finder.
