LIMA - Legal Issues in Museum Administration
Each spring since 1973, OGC co-sponsors a three-day course with the American Law Institute – Continuing Legal Education (ALI-CLE). The course is attended by museum administrators, trustees, and attorneys.
The Office of General Counsel invites you to attend the forty-seventh annual Legal Issues in Museum Administration conference, to be held Wednesday through Friday, March 18 - 20, 2020, in Miami, FL.

What You Will Learn

Study Materials:
Course material will be available in electronic format for download the week before and during the course. Print materials will not be distributed. All registrants are advised to bring laptops or tables to the course to view course materials, including updates.
Scholarship Assistance
A limited number of full tuition scholarships are available to those who cannot attend this course without financial support. Persons needing scholarship assistance should submit a statement justifying their scholarship request, with a resume to Museums Scholarships at limaschol@ali-cle.org. Scholarships are awarded based on professional relevance and financial need. Applications must be received by January 31, 2020.
