Summary

We began an audit of FAA’s program to redesign the nation’s airspace in order to determine: (1) if FAA has an effective process to control costs, mitigate risks, and coordinate local, regional, and headquarters efforts; and (2) whether or not FAA can make the redesign more cost-effective.
