The street entrance to the NTSB Boardroom and Conference Center is located on 10th Street SW running between D Street and Frontage Road, SW just below the L'Enfant Plaza Promenade. Public garage parking is immediately adjacent to the Conference Center entrance.

Metro exit at 9th and D streets SW/L'Enfant Plaza Promenade (Escalator)
Follow the 9th and D streets exit signs to exit Metro into the L’Enfant Plaza Promenade Retail Plaza. Continue forward through a set of glass doors and enter the food court. Continue with the directions below through L'Enfant Promenade to the NTSB Conference Center.
Wheelchair Access via Metro at Maryland Ave. and 7th Street (Elevator)
From this location continue south on 7th street towards D Street SW. After crossing D Street, the L'Enfant Plaza Promenade entrance is directly behind the HUD building on 7th Street. This entrance has stairs and a wheelchair access ramp. Enter through a set of glass doors into the food court. Continue with the elevator/wheelchair access directions below through L'Enfant plaza Promenade and the G2 Parking Garage to the wheelchair accessible entrance to the NTSB Conference Center.

Directions to the Conference Center through the L'Enfant Plaza Promenade, G2 Garage Parking and 10th Street SW
From the L'Enfant Plaza 9th and D streets SW/L'Enfant Plaza Promenade Metro entrance, or the entrance behind the HUD building, enter through a set of glass doors into the food court. Take the first available right turn after Roti Mediterranean Grill. Continue to follow the corridor past the Post Office California Tortilla Restaurant towards Forze Gym. At the end of this corridor you will see a sign identifying the NTSB Conference Center and a set of escalators immediately ahead. Take the escalator down to the Conference Center entrance.
For elevator/wheelchair access, after passing the Post Office, take a left through the double doors and continue through the corridor until you get to the elevator. Take the elevator to G2 parking. From the G2 parking level, follow the Handicap signage to the side entrance of the NTSB Conference Center.
From 10th St. SW, enter through the main entrance of the NTSB Conference Center.

Features
The conference center consists of a theater-style auditorium and four separate conference rooms, all equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual components.
Other amenities include copier, telephones, sink, refrigerator, microwave, ice machine, and restrooms.
Auditorium
The centerpiece of our facility is a theater-style auditorium that seats up to 350 people with
1,682 square feet of flexible space in front of the theater.
Conference Rooms
Three conference rooms are available adjacent to the board room auditorium. Each has basic A/V services with some variation as to size and content of the rooms.

Audiovisual Services
The NTSB Conference Center offers numerous state-of-the-art audiovisual services. Some of the most requested services are listed below.
- Two 12' x 10' Rear Projection Screens (controlled separately)
- Mult Box and External connections for satellite trucks or other press equipment
- Projection capabilities to all conference center rooms
- Live or delayed broadcast of events to Web sites
Computers
Laptop—you may request a computer to be provided, or use one of your own. Please see Audio/Visual specialist for details.
Large Rear Projection Screens
Two 12’x10’ rear projection screens with capacity for separate control function are available in the auditorium only.
Projection Screens
Each conference room is capable of operating separately for small gatherings, or they can be linked with the auditorium rear projection screens for larger multi space events.
Video Cameras
Six remote controlled HD cameras are permanently mounted to the ceiling of the auditorium. If additional camera angles are needed, consult with our A/V specialist to arrange for changes to this space.
Microphones
Standard—tabletop and podium microphones are available for use in the auditorium.
Wireless—handheld and lavalier wireless microphones are available upon request.
Teleconferencing, Videoconferencing, and Webcasting
Teleconferencing is available upon request.
Webcasting and Videoconferencing, whether live or delayed, is available upon request. However this feature is limited to the auditorium, and at an additional cost.
A Mult box and External Connections for both audio and video feeds to satellite trucks and other press equipment.
Accessibility
The center can be easily accessed by wheelchair and is designed to accommodate persons protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
