Summary

As required by Federal law, the Office of Inspector General (OIG) is initiating an audit of NTSB’s financial statements for fiscal years 2015 and 2014. An independent audit firm will perform the audit—subject to OIG oversight—according to generally accepted Government auditing standards and the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) audit requirements. The audit report will be delivered to OMB by November 16, 2015.
