Graphic Designers provide traditional print support to the CIA's intelligence efforts. They use the latest technology to provide high-quality products utilized by policymakers throughout the federal government, including the President of the United States.

Graphic Designers also support Agency customers with hard- and soft-copy products, and are responsible for a wide-range of routine-to-complex projects such as: publications, brochures, cover design, posters, briefings, illustrations, logos, and exhibits. Opportunities exist to participate in internal training as well as external workshops and conferences.

Minimum requirements a bachelor's degree in graphic design or fine arts with a strong emphasis on graphic design, and with a GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale). In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) is required. Familiarity with digital file formats (tif, gif, eps, pdf, jpg) and a comprehensive knowledge of graphic design principles and production methods are also needed. Additionally, candidates must possess basic knowledge of photography and conventional and digital print processes.
