Rocky Mountain sells power in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska and Kansas to wholesale customers such as towns, rural electric cooperatives, public utility and irrigation districts, Federal, state, and military agencies, Native American tribes and U.S. Bureau of Reclamation customers.
