Prostate, Lung, Colorectal, and Ovarian Cancer Screening Trial (PLCO)
A large randomized trial designed to determine the effects of screening on cancer-related mortality and secondary endpoints in people aged 55 to 74. Researchers can request valuable PLCO data and biospecimens.
Cancer Data Access System (CDAS)
Submission and tracking for data from the National Lung Screening Trial and the Prostate, Lung, Colorectal and Ovarian Cancer Screening Trial.
The National Lung Screening Trial (NLST)
A lung cancer screening trial that compared two ways of detecting lung cancer: low-dose helical (spiral) computed tomography (CT) and standard chest x-ray. Researchers can request NLST data sets, CT images, and pathology images.
