These annual reports to Congress by the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion review the NCUA’s efforts to hire and contract with minorities and women.

The NCUA provides the annual report to Congress pursuant to Section 342 of the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010. The annual report discusses the NCUA’s efforts to comply with Section 342 as it relates to contracting with minority and women-owned businesses; assessing internal diversity and performing outreach to women and minorities; and assessing diversity in regulated entities.
