Cybersecurity Quality Services Management Office (Cyber QSMO)

CISA’s Cyber QSMO is the single shared service office for managing cybersecurity solutions for the U.S. Government and potentially beyond. CISA’s Cyber QSMO centralizes, standardizes, and offers high-quality cybersecurity services and capabilities to our customers, and provides integration and adoption support. Our efforts to standardize and automate processes and data collection ultimately reduce operations and maintenance costs for customers.

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) formally designated CISA as the Cyber QSMO in April 2020. This also marked the one-year anniversary of OMB Memorandum (M) 19-16, Centralized Mission Support Capabilities for the Federal Government. OMB specifically highlighted the provisioning of Security Operations services, a Vulnerability Disclosure Platform, and protective Domain Name System (DNS) Resolver services in the formal designation. Please visit the Cyber QSMO Marketplace to learn more.

If your organization is interested in a listed service offering, becoming a shared service provider, or has questions about the now-sunset Information Systems Security Line of Business (ISSLoB) legacy program, please contact us at QSMO@cisa.dhs.gov.
