This chart shows up-to-date processing information for label applications by commodity: distilled spirits, malt beverages, and wine.
Processing Times for Permit Applications (HTML)
This table shows the average turnaround time to process applications to operate new businesses. This data pertains to the segment of applications which are received through TTB's electronic application system, Permits Online (PONL). The average number of days to process represents the average number of days elapsed from the date the National Revenue Center receives the application through the date that the applicant is approved to operate.

List of Permittees (Frequently Requested Listings) (HTML)
As part of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), we are required to make available to the public records that are requested and released on a frequent basis. With that in mind, we publish a list of alcohol industry members who hold permits under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act (FAA). These permits allow production, bottling, importation, or distribution of beverage alcohol products.

These reports contain monthly statistics on wine production and operations. The data in these reports is derived directly from the Report of Wine Premises Operations Form TTB F 5120.17.

These reports contain monthly statistics on beer production and operations. The data in these reports is derived directly from the Brewers Report of Operations Form 5130.9 and the Quarterly Brewer's Report of Operations Form 5130.26.

The data in these reports is derived directly from the Monthly Report of Processing (Denaturing) Operations Form 5110.43, the Monthly Report of Production Operations Form 5110.4, the Monthly Report of Processing Operations Form 5110.25, and the Monthly Report of Storage Operations Form 5110.11.

These reports contain monthly statistics on tobacco products production and operations. The data for these reports is derived directly from the Report - Manufacturer of Tobacco Products or Cigarette Papers and Tubes Form 5210.5.
