The Colorado River Aquatic Biologists (CRAB) meeting is held annually to allow for regional natural resource groups to engage in general fisheries and aquatic-related discussions relative to a common river system. This information is shared through brief presentations and informal discussions. Presentations are generally focused on the Colorado River Basin from the Mexican border through Lake Powell.

The annual meeting is hosted by CRAB with additional support from the Bureau of Reclamation (specifically, the Lower Colorado River Multi-Species Conservation Program (LCR MSCP)). Those who have not participated in the past are welcomed and encouraged to participate in all upcoming meetings. The 2019 CRAB meeting was canceled.

Meeting updates and information are distributed via the Lower Colorado River Fish list serve (LCRFish). The list is a convenient forum for discussion and disseminating information. Anyone may subscribe to the list by contacting Dr. Paul Marsh at fish.dr@nativefishlab.net.
