Daily self-symptom check
Do not enter any INL facility if you have these symptoms. Also, if you experience any of these symptoms while at work, you must leave and follow the instructions for symptomatic people:
- Cough that is not associated with seasonal allergies
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Or at least two of the following:
- Fever of 100.4° F or greater
- Chills
- Muscle pain
- Headache
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
The INL COVID-19 Decision and Action Tree gives specific guidelines to help INL employees make health decisions and to help managers take appropriate actions.
As a reminder, signs have been posted at facility entrances with questions to determine if you are experiencing symptoms. If you answer positively to any of the questions, you should return home, contact your manager, and see your personal health care provider. If you are being tested for COVID-19, your manager needs to call INL Medical (208-526-2195 or 208-526-2356).
Site employees: Each day, upon arrival at the Site, all employees will need to have their temperature taken at a temperature check station. Employees who ride the bus will have their temperature taken when they arrive at the bus lot. Bus riders will not have their temperature retaken upon arriving at the Site. Employees who drive their personal vehicles to the Site will need to wait in line to have their temperature checked. Separate entrance lines will be established at SMC, ATR Complex and MFC with queues to aid with social distancing.
REC employees: Each day, upon arrival at a REC facility, all employees will need to have their temperature taken at a temperature check station.
