The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 of the United States Code, section 552, provides that any person has the right to request access to Federal agency records. Upon receiving a written request, agencies are required to disclose records except for those records that are protected from disclosure by the nine exemptions and three exclusions of the FOIA.

You will receive an acknowledgement letter from the CFTC FOIA Office when they receive and begin processing your request.

After 65 minutes of inactivity, your form will timeout and all data will be lost. You will then need to re-access the form and enter your data again.
