What happens next

  • All deposited items are assessed for inclusion in the NTL repository consistent with the NTL Digital Curation and NTL Collection Development and Maintenance Policies
  • Items added to the collection will be cataloged, then made publicly available unless subject to the Public Access embargo; if you have concerns about this, please contact us
  • Depositors may request a monthly updated list of permanent links to items in the repository

Status of content in the repository

  • All items are held permanently by NTL
  • Public access to an item may be interdicted under circumstances specified in section 6 of the Collection Development and Maintenance Policy
  • In the case of the creation of a new or updated version of an item, please contact NTLDigitalSubmissions@dot.gov
