Welcome to the website for the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Tenth Circuit (BAP).  The nine BAP judges, sitting in three-judge panels, will hear appeals from the decisions of the Bankruptcy Courts from all districts in the Tenth Circuit.
