Effective January 1, 2017, MDGA Local Rule 79.2 is amended to require the electronic submission of all exhibits to the clerk. The updated Local Rules can be found here on our website.
Congress has taken no action on the proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Appellate, Bankruptcy, Civil, and Criminal Procedure, adopted by the Supreme Court and transmitted to Congress on April 28, 2016.
