The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) periodically requests public comments on a wide variety of topics, including proposed rules and guidance, financial institution applications, and other matters.

Financial Institution Licensing Applications
Comment on certain financial institution applications that require public notice pursuant to a specific law, regulation, or OCC policy. Public comments may include support or opposition to a filing; a request to extend the comment period, or to convene a meeting or public hearing; and a recommendation that the OCC only grant conditional approval.
