Zero Energy Ready Home Logo

Only a select group of the top builders in the country meet the high performance requirements of the DOE's Zero Energy Ready Home program. The Zero Energy Ready label shows that builders have achieved an extraordinary level of excellence. These homes are so efficient that with the installation of a renewable energy system, they offset all or most of their annual energy consumption. Learn More about the program.

ENERGY STAR Certified Homes Logo

ENERGY STAR Certified Homes are designed and built to standards well above most other homes on the market today, delivering energy efficiency savings of up to 30 percent when compared to typical new homes. A new home that has earned the ENERGY STAR label has undergone a process of inspections, testing, and verification to meet strict requirements set by the EPA, delivering better quality, better comfort, and better durability.
