Ralph Seeley is an operations research analyst in the Agricultural Policy and Modeling Branch in the Market and Trade Economics Division at USDA Economic Research Service (ERS). He is the coordinator for the empirical models used for the USDA International Agricultural Baseline.

Background

Ralph provides technical support and development for modeling, using economics, operations research, programming, and software. He has worked on several modeling systems, including the Country-Commodity Linked System or CCLS, which has been used for many scenario analysis projects.

Education

Ralph has an MS in Agricultural Economics and Operations Research.
