Bank Appeals Summaries
Because disagreements can arise from bank examinations, the OCC offers the Bank Appeals Process to provide an independent avenue for appealing certain supervisory actions. We encourage your bank to first attempt to resolve disagreements through informal discussions with your immediate supervisory office or the OCC Ombudsman.
