Experimental Resources for Nuclear Data Studies in the U.S.
This Internet site is devoted to compiling information on experimental resources in the United States that are currently or potentially available for nuclear data measurements. That is to say, it identifies those facilities where experiments are currently being performed or could be initiated in order to contribute to the development of accurate experimental nuclear data needed for various applications related to energy production, national defense, space science, industry, and medical research. In particular, it provides Internet links to these sites. These facilities are to be distinguished from those whose sole purpose for existence is basic nuclear science research. Of course, basic research may also be carried on at these locations.
