DCSA conducts the background investigation needed to vet personnel, but the investigations process starts and ends with DCSA’s partner agencies. Security Officers and HR professionals begin the process by collecting the required forms from the subject of investigation and the adjudicators complete the process by adjudicating the completed investigation.
