The Office of Security and Professional Responsibility (OSPR) is responsible for maintaining the physical security of each FLETC site and the safety of more than 100,000 individuals who pass through FLETC's gates annually. OSPR also monitors and inspects administrative processes to ensure compliance with policy, law, and regulation, and conducting criminal and administrative investigations related to misconduct and fraud.
- FLETC Form 121-00-02, Visitor Access Request (VAR)
The VAR is utilized for a wide variety of FLETC guests but is mainly for anyone visiting both short term and long term. This form is also used for Graduation Guests as well as deliveries. Guests are to legibly complete all fields in Section A. This form cannot be completed by Non U.S. Citizens.
- DHS Form 11055, DHS Foreign National Screening Request
The DHS 11055 is utilized for Non-U.S. Citizen Visitors to the FLETC. This form is also used for Dual Citizens, Graduation Guests and international students. Guests are to legibly complete all fields in the first section. If the visitor is a Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR), a copy of the LPR card is required at submission. If the visitor is a Foreign National, a copy of the passport is required at submission.
