Geospatial Data Act of 2018 — Federal Geographic Data Committee

The Geospatial Data Act of 2018 (GDA) was signed into law by the President on October 5, 2018. The GDA was included as a component of the FAA Reauthorization Act (H.R. 302, P.L. 115-254). Resources, updates, and information about the GDA will be posted on this page as we work with partners to implement the Act.
