Registering or Updating Your Donor Status
You can register or update your status in your state donor registry. To find your state’s donor registry select your state from the drop down menu.

Visit the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) website to learn about policies governing the national organ transplantation system, including policies regarding organ allocation in the United States.

The Scientific Registry of Transplant Recipients (SRTR) provides transplant program-specific reports to help patients and the transplant community understand patients’ experiences while awaiting a transplant and after transplant.
