DOT Employee Convicted for Attempted Stalking

Summary

As a result of an OIG investigation, Gary Walker, a Special Agent with the Department of Transportation, Office of Inspector General (OIG), was charged in D.C Superior Court with attempted stalking, a class B misdemeanor. He was convicted on May 6, 2009, and sentenced to 6 months incarceration (suspended) and unsupervised probation. On May 21, 2009, Walker resigned from OIG.
