NOAA Community:
The NOAA Staff Directory (NSD) have been working with ICAM to sync their data from the NOAA White Pages to our system. New email accounts were already synced since last year and we're happy to announce that the inactive accounts due to separation will also be synced. Due to this sync, the delete feature within the NSD will be removed. These changes will take effect on COB Monday, September 28th, 2020. For all future deletion requests, please contact your local IT Help Desk, NSDesk or Primary Mail Admin (PMA) to update the status on the NOAA White Pages of the individuals departure from NOAA. NSD will process these separation requests during our hourly sync with ICAM. All notifications that were sent through our application will continue to notify all related recipients and downstream systems. Thank you!
