Basis of Selection: Assignment of space is on a job priority basis, according to date of application within each priority group.
To obtain listings of houses, apartments, and rooms available for rent within the Washington Metropolitan Area, employees and prospective employees may contact their Personnel Office. The listing is also available on the Internet at http:\\www.recgov.org.
Owners may list property on the NIH Housing listing by completing a listing form available on the housing display located in the B3 Level lobby of Building 31. Requests to have this form mailed to you may be made by contacting the Housing Office on 301-496-4600. Please speak clearly and leave your name, address, and phone number where you would like the form mailed.
Properties will be listed for four weeks and may be renewed for an additional four weeks only by submitting another listing form. Owners should notify the Housing Office (301-496-4600) as soon as their property is rented.
All properties must be available without regard to race, color, sex, religion, handicap, or national origin.
