Over half of the 1+ million people living with HIV/AIDS in the U.S. get some type of care from the RWHAP. The majority of RWHAP clients are low income individuals from racial/ethnic minority populations. Technical assistance and training resources assist RWHAP agencies in delivering care to specific populations.
