The Commission serves as an information resource for Congress, the executive branch, the courts, criminal justice practitioners, the academic community, and the public. The Commission provides seminars, workshops, training programs, and other online resources on guideline application and other federal sentencing issues. Coronavirus Update

The 2020 National Seminar is cancelled and all in-person training programs are postponed until further notice.
We will continue to monitor guidance from the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts and the Office of Personnel Management in determining when in-person training can resume.
