| | The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has issued an exclusion order against certain SiRF GPS chips and products containing those chips imported into the United States, as well as cease-and-desist orders against SiRF and four specific SiRF customers. |

| | For all the talk about and good will towards interoperability of GNSS systems, one might assume that such hands-across-v arious-waters agreements are nearly or tacitly accomplished. While this is not out of the question, neither can it be termed as within sight.
