Effective October 1, 2019, there will be a 5% increase of pesticide registration service fees for covered applications under the Pesticide Registration Improvement Extension Act of 2018 (PRIA 4).  Under FIFRA section 33(b)(6)(A), all applications received on or after October 1, 2019, will be subject to the 5% fee increase.  The increased registration service fees will be applicable to applications received through FY 2021, after which a second 5% fee increase specified under PRIA 4 will go into effect.
