Bar members who are registered for the Court’s electronic filing system should enter changes through the "My Account" section of the system. Other Bar members should forward a letter with changes (including counsel’s name and date-of-birth) to:

Admissions Instructions, also accessed below. Note that as of July 01, 2014, older versions of the application and applications housing hand-written data
will no longer be accepted.
