AGing, Independence, and Disability (AGID) Program Data Portal

The AGing, Independence, and Disability (AGID) Program Data Portal is an on-line query system based on ACL-related data files and surveys, and includes population characteristics from the Census Bureau for comparison purposes. The four options or paths through AGID provide different levels of focus and aggregation of the data - from individual data elements within Data-at-a-Glance to full database access within Data Files.

Before you begin your query, please review AGID's Resources section with an "About AGID" overview, descriptions of data sources, and frequently asked questions (FAQs). Even experienced AGID users may find the Resources documentation helpful. At any time, you may select from one of the four options below and follow the system prompts. If you need additional assistance, please complete an AGID Support request from the link found at the bottom left of every AGID screen.

Version 2.61: NEW National Ombudsman Reporting System (NORS) Data and AGing, Independence, and Disability (AGID) Program Data Portal Functionality Webinars

This release features the following updates:

  1. The addition of the 2019 NORS data to the Data-at-a-Glance and Custom Tables sections of AGID.
  2. Two Introduction to ACL Data and AGing, Independence, and Disability (AGID) Program Data Portal Functionality Webinars and Transcripts in the Resources section, which include:
    • Introduction to ACL Data and AGID Program Data Portal Functionality Webinar Part One and Transcript provides an overview of AGID and data available through AGID.

Version 2.59: NEW This release includes the following updates:

Older Americans Act (OAA) State Performance Report (SPR) and Older Americans Act Performance System (OAAPS): Updated Technical Documentation and Training Resources

This release features updated technical documentation and training resources for the new State Performance Report (SPR) and the new reporting software, Older Americans Act Performance System (OAAPS). Updates to those materials are available in the Resources Section under OAA SPR and OAAPS.

Center for Assistive Technology Act Data Assistance (CATADA)

This release features a link to the Center for Assistive Technology Act Data Assistance (CATADA) website which includes individual grantee annual progress report data along with aggregated state and territory data on assistive technology programs.

National Family Caregiver Support Program (NFCSP)

This release features the following Brief: National Family Caregiver Support Program: Services Overview. This brief provides highlights from a two-part process and outcome evaluation of the NFCSP. The evaluation investigated how services were being provided, and the impact those services had on caregivers’ well-being and the ability to provide care.
