We work with your organization to assess leadership training needs for specific agency competencies and design programs to address those concerns. Our solutions include:

  • Long-term partnerships to give key personnel the tools for success
  • Custom workshops that build strong leadership competencies for leaders at all levels
  • Executive and leadership coaching services to support individual development at critical junctures and enhance overall performance

Succession planning

Federal leaders have identified succession planning as a critical mission for Government agencies, since officials expect to lose as much as 60 percent of the federal workforce to retirement over the next two decades.

To address this looming challenge, Congress mandated Government succession planning and required agencies to establish comprehensive succession management programs to develop the next generation of supervisors, managers, and executives.

We deliver individualized succession-planning programs to help agencies build their leadership pipelines and talent pools through workforce analysis and long-term planning. Our solutions include:

  • Organizational and individual assessments to help understand behavioral types, identify development gaps and foster optimal personnel alignment
