******** Registration in the INL Vendor Portal and the System For Awards Management (sam.gov) are FREE. There is no cost to register in SAM or for the annual renewal. There is a fraudulent email being sent from various email addresses about annual recertification in SAM and charging for the service. Please disregard those emails asking you to pay for the service.
******** Fraudulent Purchase Orders--Suppliers and Vendors beware: Please be aware that fraudulent purchase orders are being circulated. If you do not recognize the INL contact name on a purchase order you've received, or you've never done business with INL and have received a purchase order, please contact us at 1-208-526-1588. Email addresses from INL end with "inl.gov" and not "inlgov.org", "inl-gov.org.", or "inl-gov.com". These are incorrect. Additionally, INL is not liable for unauthorized or fraudulent activities purporting to be from us.

As the nation's nuclear laboratory, Idaho National Laboratory (INL) relies on various businesses
of all sizes to provide many of the supplies, services, and partnerships needed to accomplish its mission.
However, INL has a preference for small business and invites participation by small, disadvantaged, woman-owned,
HUBZone, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. Also important to INL are partnerships with suppliers in Idaho.
If you would like to be considered as a potential supplier of goods and services to INL,
please complete our vendor registration process.
Note that small businesses working with INL are required to register and maintain an active
profile in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov),
and other-than-small businesses are encouraged to do likewise. In SAM, you may self-certify your company
as a small business if it meets the federal government's small business definitions. These can be
found on the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA's) webpage at www.sba.gov.
A DUNS number is required to complete the INL vendor and SAM registrations. A DUNS number can be obtained at
http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/. Both registrations are free.
Please be aware that your submittal does not guarantee business opportunities will be
forthcoming in the near or distant future. INL's prospective supplier database, as well as
SAM and SBA databases, are research tools used as needed by INL employees when
doing market research and sourcing potential procurement actions.
